Sleeping baby

As some of you might know, Lillian is not a big fan of sleeping. Generally during the day she takes 30 minute naps, and steadfastly refuses to sleep any longer. I'm reading a really good book on infant sleep called The No-Cry Sleep Solution and so far it's pretty good. One of its suggestions was to introduce a lovey - something for Lillian to sleep with that makes her feel comforted. So far it's helped, she's taken a few hour long and 90 minute naps, but 30 minutes is still the norm.
